At Enegen Field Solutions (EFS), safety is the foundation of everything we do. The majority of our work is carried out in hazardous environments, including gas compressor stations, gas plants, power stations, wellheads, and petrochemical facilities. Operating in these high-risk settings demands for commitment to safety, supported by reliable systems, experienced personnel, and a proactive safety culture.

To ensure the protection of our people, client assets, and the environment, EFS has developed an extensive Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (WHSEMS). This system is continually monitored and refined through close collaboration with EFS personnel and client representatives, ensuring the most effective hazard identification, risk management, and mitigation strategies are applied to all of our operations.

Our Safety Culture

Safety at EFS is not just a policy — it’s a shared responsibility and a way of working. Every team member — from management to field technicians — plays an active role in maintaining safe work practices through:

• Weekly hazardous observations, identifying and addressing potential risks before they become incidents.

• Annual team safety training, conducted at the beginning of each year to refresh skills, update knowledge, and reinforce safe work practices.

• Continuous improvement initiatives, including additional training and competency assessments when required.

• Journey Management Plans, ensuring all personnel travel safely to and from site locations.

• Providing ample PPE, ensuring every team member is equipped for safety and comfort in all conditions.
